  Terrible customer service. No one comes to help and when asked they have very little knowledge on caravan parts/accessories. Lady on phone mimicking a customer on line while four other customers lined up at service desk. We required two bolts/nuts for awning, they wanted $35 for one. Went to Camperagent RV Service on Port Wakefield Road instead and got the same parts for $30 for two. If you require any parts avoid this place and go straight to Camperagent.
